Although they couldn't supply the specific and unusual item I was looking for, they were very willing to spend a little time to try and help. Also had excellent service at the Hazyview branch.

The most incompetent people on one corner in White River. I stopped shopping at Buco months back for this very reason. Tried it again today ... never again!

The first time I popped into BUCO ever as I'm new to White River, got a bag of fresh cement for the pots I've been making for two years. Excellent and professional service I was very impressed. I shall definitely be doing my hardware shopping there from now on!!

Beautiful I was attended to by the best staff, two black female ladies at the payment point who also assisted with cash back, not forgetting Stephen and Jack the Genius who assisted with a spray Gun sale.I wish to say thank you and you make the best team all together for BUCO. I bought a few paint and we did some jobs in White River".Thank you Stephen and Jack

Fantastic excellent service I got today, a gentleman helped me from the paints dept, went an extra mile to advise me on other products from other departments that may suit my needs. He was really helpful. And the staff in general were friendly and helpful
