Tabita helped me with my injury and got me back running very quickly. She always made me feel comfortable and was incredibly friendly. She definitely knows her stuff and was able to explain to me what was happening with my muscles and what I could do to improve my strength.

Tabita Atkins Physiotherapy
I went to Tabita Atkins recently for a chronic stiffness in my back that every now and then flared into a spasm. Tabita first evaluated me and asked me to move to show her exactly when and where I felt pain. Once she had diagnosed the problem she worked on me using fascia release, massage as well as giving me rehabilitative exercises to continue with at home. In the past I've needed multiple sessions to get to some level of comfort, but after only 2 sessions I feel 100%! Her knowledge and understanding of the body and movement are remarkable and her ability to listen and communicate are excellent. I'm so grateful to have discovered her physio practice. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of help!!

Tabita is friendly, professional, and affordable.I went for a physio session for a stiff shoulder and neck that just wouldn't get better.After an hour session with Tabita it feels 1000 times better! She also advised me on exercises/stretches to do to prevent the issue from reoccurring.
