I received an order from board and all today and I'm so pleased with the workmanship. Im also very grateful that you guys took into consideration what I want as well as my budget and made it work. Well done to Deon and team! Keep up the excellent work!

Extremely well stocked in terms of the different types of boards one would require to build up cupboards, etc. They are equipped to cut your boards to size with the opportunity to edge your boards, profile them and wrap them with whatever the customer chooses. The things that I found to be lacking is that they don't have proper parking facilities for customers and a number of their ground/factory staff did not have proper work gear in terms of masks and safety boots. I must give credit to the staff who attended to us, who were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Very poor service ordered boards for kitchen but was supplied with boards for bedroom. Lady inefficient .took the wrong order. They still short supplied the order. Because they rushing for the festive season they don't care.

Sent me the wrong parts. Edged offcuts instead of the actual board pieces. I paid for delivery AND edging but they didn't edge the actual piece which needed the delivery (was a 1.9m piece). So I had to get edging and glue and do my own thing at home. Accuracy does not exist so your boards WILL be off by anyway from 2-5 mm. You don't know if the boards will be shorter or longer than your specified length so as a result, your build will always require you to come up with some miracle to save.

Absolutely very poor service. Staff have very little to zero knowledge of products and are of very little assistance.. board was cut into wrong sizes, not has requirements given to them..prices are too expensive as well.

Great variety of board to choose from. You can call and receive a quotation however they only started cutting my board once Igot there which was quite disappointing as i explained the urgency and tight deadline over the phone which was not accomodated. Board cuts are precise and consistent. Prices are very decent. Staff at counters could be friendlier and more welcoming as well as be able to convert between centimeters and millimeters. The cutters and trimmers are quite friendly. You also get to see how they cut, trim and measure your board which is quite interesting. If there are any defects spotted they happily swop it out. The parking could be improved as it is very limited. Signage could be better to make it more clear where they are located exactly as the entrance doesn't look like there is much going on. You would need to be cautious when entering the machining area since people are carrying and cutting board throughout and children should be supervised.

Buying at this company is a pleasure. Not just the service , but the way we are treated. It feels like home. The owner Deon is one of a kind. Pleasant, humble , kind and ever so willing to help. He blends in with his staff and carpenters. He always helps others. 5 stars is not enough for him.
