Woolworths Food Sinoville

Clean store with friendly staff. They do have a limited variety.

I love this Woolworths, and that is why i am posting this review, to make them aware of the lack of soft drinks on their shelves at any given time. I have been there on weekends and weekdays in the morning and afternoon and for the past 6 visits, the soft drink shelve looked like the picture i am posting, with no Coke Zero 2litre , now i know that everybody likes Coke Zero , but if one has a product that sells very well and is in fact almost sold out day to day ,then one would expect the store buyer or manager to orderMore and then to keep the shelves full at all times , this would make my visits too your shop much more pleasant and then i don't have to go to pick & pay down the road to buy my Coke Zero . So if you like Coke Zero don't expect too find in stock here

Neat little woolies food with friendly staff. The meechandising (see photos) is very poor, and at peak time we had 2 cashiers and 4x empty tills. Slow queues is a general problem at Woolworths food nationwide, and I wait for the branch that will prove me wrong one day. Other wise its clean, and cool , no other serious issues at all :)

Small but great Woolies Foods. Very busy and therefor you might not always find what you are looking for.

I got there a bit too early so had to wait a bit for shopping hours to start which is fine, however, when trying to find things like the 4 veg for R120 etc, most of the produce hadn't been unpacked and I was dodging personnel packing the shelves and the produce I'll at 9am...I ended up leaving the store without the items I came to buy as I didn't have more time to wait for everything to be unpacked, which is a pity.I really like their displays of dairy and meat etc but it would have been nice to see more gluten/ dairy free products displayed and perhaps a wider variety, especially gluten free bread... the items are there but the prices are just too high.

Since I can't review Woolies Dash, I am working on pure assumption that I received my order from Woolies Food Sinoville as it is the closest Woolies Food to Annlin.Anyway, I received all my products that I ordered. I'm happy thanks! I did however struggle this morning with the Woolies App. I also struggle with the drivers location always. It does not update. I need to track the driver to inform the security at the gate. Can Woolworths please add an option to contact the driver?

On Thursday, 8 December 2022, at approximately 13:55. I shopped at Woolworths Sinoville. When I was standing at the milk fridge I felt something tug on my handbag. I became aware that my cellphone was missing. The shop was quite and there was only 2 people next to me. I saw my cellphone in their shopping cart, I took my cellphone. The man replied that I left it there. I immediately called for security. Although I was about 3 meters from the entrance there was no security present. The manager came and I explained, to which she replied that the security can not help me because he was somewhere at the back of the store. The two thieves then walked out of the store without anyone stopping them. It was clearly an inside job, and the manager did nothing to assist. It is not safe to shop at Woolworth Sinoville, and the store doesn't care about their clients.
