I cannot recommend Cara highly enough. We had one of those many-postponed Covid weddings, and Cara had 3 very challenging wedding attempts to plan in this time! Throughout 2 failed attempts, and our recent successful one, she was always calm, uber-efficient, professional and kind. She has great initiative and has an amazing supplier network who all excel at what they do, and what's more, with a great attitude. Our actual wedding in January 2022 was joyous, beautiful and run to perfection. Thank you Cara! If you ran the world, it would definitely run better!

Cara did a great job coordinating everything for our wedding at Landtscap in Stellenbosch. She was very conscious of the budget and was able to present both high end and more economical options for every supplier so we were able to customise what was most important to us and save a bit where we didn't need to spend as much. She was very responsive, especially in the week before and on the day, and our guests both from South Africa and overseas said it was one of the most spectacular weddings they had been to. Cara has great taste and we couldn't recommend her enough.

Cara helped us arrange our wedding from overseas, and did so perfectly.She planned and executed our three-day, sixty guest wedding in the Winelands. She recommended and helped us select vendors including decoration, makeup, music/DJ and photography. All of her recommendations worked out well. She was great at handling add-ons and special requests, and communicated clearly with us across a six-hour time difference.The actual wedding ran smoothly and by the numbers.It was a pleasure working with Cara, and we highly recommend her.

I think the greatest compliment we can give is that not only was our wedding the best day of our lives, many of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to and for some also the best day of their lives. We had a very specific vision and style of what we wanted, and Cara was able to execute this perfectly on the day. All we can say is a huge thank you for making our special day so perfect.

As International guests when looking for a wedding planner, we wanted someone that could guide us on suppliers, how much things should cost, how the wedding day should flow, how we could make the most of the venue and be there on the day to manage everything so we could enjoy it without having to worry/think about a thing. Unfortunately the wedding planner we initially chose, could not do this for us but thank God we met Cara, 2 weeks before our wedding and she took control of everything, she took on all the stress, she helped us make decisions, she arranged back to back calls with suppliers until we were happy, she brainstormed ideas with us and ultimately made it fun - exactly what it should be. I wouldn't change a thing about our wedding day, but I certainly wish we met Cara sooner! Thank you so much for helping us deliver the wedding of our dreams. It was just perfect.

Cara is possibly the best thing to have happened to our wedding. As an international client and another Covid postponement she was stuck with us for 2 years longer than originally thought but she was professional and committed throughout. She is incredibly good at her job; efficient, reliable and hard working. She not only recommended high quality suppliers but answered any questions we had (and it was a lot) so quickly and thoroughly we knew we were in safe hands. On the day of the wedding my bridesmaids commented on how relaxed I was and that was purely down to trusting Cara entirely. She was always one step ahead of anything we needed and offered advice on many different things, when asked, without being in any way overbearing. She also went above and beyond anything we expected including meeting a few days before with some products we needed to source for the guests. We are based in Germany and wanted to have our wedding back home in the Cape Winelands. We engaged Cara about a year before our planned date and after the first call, we knew she was the one to plan our wedding. We have really spent time trying to put into words, our experience with Cara as our wedding planner. Yet each and every time it seemed that what we put down did not do justice to our interaction with Cara over the planning of our wedding, in its entirety. From when we began our planning with Cara, in its infancy, she showed such timely professionalism in helping us to select a venue, breaking down every aspect to eliminate any costing surprises. We were confident in what we wanted and without fail, Cara laid down what was and was not possible, which granted us the time to embellish all the nuances we wanted to add to our special day.We never felt our interaction to be just a business transaction, rather she took the time to listen and understand who we were and what our desires entailed for the big day. We truly felt that our excitement was shared with her and her incredible team. Our biggest blessing that we received from asking Cara to take on our Big Day, was that she seamlessly took all the stresses of the day off of us, allowing us to embellish in our creativity and focus on what a couple should focus on, the love and joy they have for one another and she kept everything running timelessly.We could not have made a better choice than to ask Cara to take care of our wedding. Cara is a master of her trade, she made the prep and planning of our wedding day seamless, I was determined not to get stressed about planning a wedding abroad and I was successful but only because of Cara. She made everything easy, she was flexible, gave us options, she is efficient, precise and always with a smile on her face. The day itself went perfectly, I didn't have to worry about a thing as Cara was there making it all happen.
