Took our NP200 for a service. Bought original parts from Nissan before hand - they refused to service the car. Clearly they do not want our business seeing that they are losing out to rip us off on parts. False advertising as they had zero interest to service our car.

They charged me 20% more than the Ford dealership on my Ford Ranger.They charge at least 100% mark up on spare parts.A reconditioned part was over 3 times the cost of a new one.The car had a huge oil leak after I got it back from them. I had to return it the next day.When I got it back I didn't even drive for 10 km when it went lost power. It had to be towed back.My car still has a leak (fuel, engine, steering).I regret ever taking my car to this workshop.I've decided to take it to the Ford dealership to have it fixed.

I called in on a Wednesday afternoon for an urgent booking to get shocks replaced on my car. They accommodated me the following morning and sorted out more than what had been diagnosed elsewhere.Their service was top class. Right down to the lady receiving and releasing cars.

NEVER take your vehicle to them unless your willing to be ripped off!If I could write a review with a zero star rating I would have done so.When the price of reconditioned parts are more than double that of brand new genuine parts straight from the dealer you have to start to worry.Everyone is out there to make some money obviously, but this was simply ridiculous.It's just sad how easily this happens.

My electronic front seat was broken when I took my car for a service. The front piece is hanging loose now, so someone tried to move the seat manually. They say it cant be them, but why would I try to move my seat manually after using a button for 4 years to do it? So definitely somebody that doesn't know my car broke it. I will never go there again...who knows what else they don't know about cars.
