The Hussar Grill George
We're new to George.This was our first time at Hussar's and definitely the first of many more visits in the future.I've had my fair share of experiencing excellent cuisine in restaurants world wide, but the Fillet Baernaise I had tonight is the absolute best ever.Comprehensive wine list, excellent quick service and homely ambiance. What more can one ask for.

Even though they were full and we had no reservation for dinner, they checked and told us a couple were about to go. So we sat at the bar. Lovely atmosphere, The hostess was great and our waitress, Sharon, was really professional and sweet. Food came quickly considering it was full. I had Rump streak with creamy spinach and butternut. Ate everything but the butternut as it was just too sweet. My vegetarian husband had the Halloumi on greens and various veg. He enjoyed it. Thanks for being so accommodating.

The Hussar Grill George
So there we were trying to decide where to go for dinner. We picked the Hussar because their food is always okay.Boy were we in for a surprise. The steaks were mouthwateringly tender. Cooked to perfection and the Moutarde sauce was amazing.The fish was soo good, the onions were crunchy and not greasy.Definitely a place to go again. The only slight downside was that the service was a bit slow.

Friendly staff, good service, very professional. I went for the date night special which is great value for money. Food is delicious, but unfortunately my steak was burned on the outside, almost seemed like it was grilled on direct fire for too long, had a burned taste especially on the edges. I would still recommend Hassar Grill George, as I believe this is not how they normally grill steaks.

My experience was beautiful at Hussar Grill. The staff are very knowledgeable and kind, and very respectful too. Our waitress was Sharon and she was an absolute star. The food was delicious. I ordered a steak with garlic sauce and spinach + pumpkin as a side. Absolutely divine. Very grateful I got to celebrate my 21st with my parents at this restaurant.

The Hussar Grill George
Absolutely delicious food at the Hussar grill. All 5 steaks were done perfectly as we wanted them grilled. The sides were tasty and the desserts were well plated and delicious as well. Our server was very friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. I just thought the atmosphere was lacking a bit.
