My mother got the worst service ever and to top it off the legal consultant gave her attitude. I mean why though cause payments are being made every month and we didn't get the help we needed, I even had to call in a favour from my legal side...

Mmapitsi's customer service skills is out of this world .She goes all out to make sure that a customer is assisted and satisfied .I have been to the branch and I have had engagements with her on the phone as well ,this lady always leaves me with a highest of satisfaction.Thank you Mmapitsi's for being a people's person .Legal wise Germiston has become my point of enquiry because I know with you I am always greatly assisted .

I went to require on legal advise had an incident was allocated a mb***** to work on my case called once to get some documentation ever since its the 3rd week today no response no feedback and no follow up, no advise on a way foward people who wronged me are getting away scott free!! why am i paying kanty every month to receive such poor service
