Still waiting for a call back from the cellphone consultant. When I called in to en-suite about the specs on a phone he said I should look at the internet. Not sure what his salary covers if the internet is doing his job. He then said he was busy and would call me back. Still waiting

Do not ever send your mobile phone for repairs at this service centre. I bought a brand new Galaxy Note9 which is experiencing a global security vulnerability. Sent it to these guys for software reload, device comes back flashed, my Note5 that's rooted seems so much better :-)
