Service at sales stage was very good. Since then, it has been terrible. Product has not worked as advertised. It is still under warranty. It took them ages to respond to me when I informed them of this. Their technician never arrived to the appointment. When he did arrive, on a different day, he was late. The problem is still not resolved and I am getting no feedback.

Selling UPS, Uninterrupted Power Supply batteries at an affordable price, and whilst you get value on your money. Located at Westmead just near the M1 main road. Their shop is behind the entrance gate, at the back of the offices there. Tricky to locate them as there is no branding on the entrance, only for them.
