NO REFUNDS at this store. Nice but small range of products. Conveniently located, so prices are inflated, but good service. And they don't refund.

Poor customer service and poor stock management.Contacted the store to confirm availability of an item and making arrangements to come in in-store to buy the item, however this did not guarantee that that the item would be kept for me. I was informed that the item was sold out, no apologies or attempt to rectify the problem.The sold out" item will also still be listed as instock and available for same day collection on their website."

I love this store. I dont mind buying everything. Their selection of Legos are amazing. It just depends on your taste for items. I have to go back because i forgot to buy the magnetic hourglass again. The gadgets in this store are definately worth the trip. Ummah Heart lovers, pay a visit. You might get lucky to meet the Apa. Kurtas are so cute for little ones. A word though, do take kids in store for correct sizing as no exchanges or refunds given on them.
