Unfortunately they cut one of my keys incorrectly. On returning it, they were not helpful. Admitted that it was cut too long but would not re-do the key. Wasted money. Would not return here because of this, even though the other bunch of keys were cut correctly. Just one mistake and they would not take ownership or correct it.

Excellent service by Jason, arrived when promised, service was performed quickly efficiently and neatly.Call out fees are high but not outrageous compared to other locksmiths - pretty reasonable as all trades do charge high call outs.

Don't waste you time, I called at 8am, asked for a quote I was told someone would be in-touch, zero communication I called again at 16h00, staff member (who refused to give me his name) said they are busy and only have one person to handle everything, they will send a quote later....Not serious about customer service.
