Haha this was absolutely the worst experience from the technical team. Not only could I not get any help, but after waiting 30 minutes for attention, after pestering everyone for attention, the technicians who was allocated to me refused to make me a simple RJ45 Ethernet cable because he “did not know how”.They stand in the back laughing and chatting and ignoring customers. I walked out and bought a 20m from Game. The service here was completely laughable.

What an amazing experience with PC Worx Rustenburg. I ordered a printer from them, that was on special and way below what the competitors were charging, and after just 2 days the printer was delivered. I'm very happy with my purchase and the whole shopping experience including the friendliness of the staff! I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for computer related parts and purchases. I will definitely be using them again in the future!
