Our insurance company contacted them to inspect our leaking geyser. I noticed the leak and reported it at 16:00h on a public holiday . The call centre told me to close the water supply to the geyser but as it is in the roof , I had to close the main water supply to our home. I expected the plumber to give me a call and ascertain exactly what the extent of the problem was as they promise a 24/7/365 service. I was only phoned the following day after the call centre contacted them.They sent out a very pleasant guy who assessed the problem and after the insurance company authorized the work 2 very friendly guys came at about midday to remove and replace the old geyser. They finished the job by 18:00h and left area spotless. I'm happy with their work.

The worst plumbers with the worst service I have ever received, unprofessional to say the least! Unthinkable that Dewald has received any professional training at all! Dewald and his company does not know what plumbing isabout!

Company was sent out via our short term insurer to replace a bust geyser. The replacement geyser that they wanted to install had dents and marks. As the geyser is visible in our loft we requested that they bring another geyser. Dewald spoke to my husband on the telephone and told him that we are wasting his time as all his geysers have dents and marks. We asked our insurer to sent another plumber.

Called them on 5 January and all they have managed to do is dig war like holes in the shower floor, shower wall and bathroom wall. Have been billed for over R10k for leak detection, and the leak has still not been found, 6 months later. The owner has not been on site once. No to mention a temporary pipe laid across the lawn for several months, this will be going to Ombudsman and PIRB.

Was sent from Virseker. Did not want to finish the work. Just kept saying my mother does not want to pay. After saying so many times to him and virseker that she will gladly pay, just finish the work. When she said he must finish because her son is on his way from gauteng, he says that is everyone story. Well I am here. And your work is pathetic. Virseker had to send someone from mosselbay because he does not want to finish the work. That plumber was paid instantly.NEVER USE THIS MAN!!!!

Most unprofessional company ever! We are currently having them being investigated for unethical business behaviour! Please do not support! We've informed our insurance and have asked the Ombudsman to step in.
