Asked for well done chicken and to char the chicken skin black and crispy. Instead I got chicken skin that's whiter than snow. What a disappointment seeing that simple instruction cannot be followed.

The service is unmatched! The staff is so friendly, very helpful, extremely attentive and of course, the food was good. The buns were fresh, the meat tender yet well cooked... my friend and I had one of the best services at this Nandos, no cap!

The order never went through the first time. One of your consultants contacted me and let me know that she will place the order manually. She never did. I had to order again and follow up 2 times. When I got my order, my food’s sauce fell out of the container. This is the WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Please reconsider online ordering, because your service is horrible

I work part time for Mr D food delivery. A guy by the name of Vusi ( who says his the manager) insisted on not assisting me. All because I asked him if my order is ready. He plainly ignored me. I spoke to the other food delivery guys and asked if they were acknowledged they said no. I then asked VUSI to please check if my order is there He then spoke in a language I didn't understand and laughed at me, pointed to the side ( like one would point a dog) and he told me I must wait there and when his done with everyone else he will think of assisting me.It was a single wrap and sprite zero. He then told me I should just FAIL the order and not try and teach him how to do his job.I was delayed and ended up waiting an extra 30min simply because he felt so. The food was already prepared and when he saw me taking pictures of him he later changed his tune and said that the food still needed to be prepared.Extremely bad customer experience.

Realy disappointed with Nando's Faerie Glen. We ordered the full chicken with two sides and a coke no sugar.The chips were ice cold and some were this disgusting brown colour. The chicken also had pieces missing. They cut the chicken without asking us how we wanted it, too.I complained about the service, they called at an inconvenient time and I asked them to call back the following day, which they did not do.It is the second bad experience at this Nando's and i doubt we will be back.

I ordered chicken wraps for myself, my wife and another person. Although the wraps were delicious my wife got extremely sick a few hours later(thus the 1 star). I'll be honest havent seen her this sick since Thailand 6 years ago. Im no doctor or dietary specialist but I know for a fact she didnt eat anything else that day, and only had coffee(which we made at the meeting using nescafe sachets with no milk or sugar). Me and the other person who had a wrap were fine. The only reason I made this post was because of the severity of the sickness and maybe the restaurant can investigate... maybe some1 else was also affected, then rectify should there be an issue. I am a little hesitant to order from Nando's now and its a shame because the food is delicious. The order was on 17 Jan 2023 at about 13:00 through Uber.
