We visited this store today and we're looking for a silver baby bangle for our granddaughter.The item was in stock but the engraver was not available.When we explained that we are leaving for Cape Town tomorrow morning early, the person assisting us went out of his way to find the engraver and we walked out of the store with the engraved bangle.I can recommend this store for excellent service.

Awesome place. Custom rings and special Zippos can be ordered. Nice collection of knifes and walking sticks. Top Grade Hooka flavours. Watch repairs and replacements can be done.

The staff is very friendly and they have lots of unique gifts and products. They also do engraving on jewelry and other items that can be engraved on, the quality and price of the engraving is worth it. I once bought a necklace there and had it engraved and I was very satisfied.

No need for wheelchair lift or parking, the store is on ground floor of the Mall. Not sure if the store can edit a wheelchair though...

If I could give 0 starts that would be way better. Quick to help you buy something but when there is a problem with the product they don’t want to help you…Bought a ring on the 1st of February 2023 and by the beginning of March 2023 the ring has all ready lost a stone and wanted to charge me to replace the missing stone in the ring. A week later the “silver” of the ring started to come off.. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy anything there you will just waist your money
