No service at all. Phone is on voice mail every time I try to call. No help what so ever. Struggling to upgrade my contacts. Canceling my contacts with you

Best service ever I got from the staff, welcoming people with smile on their faces , good looking , charming and clean too. Helpful staff clean place wonderful environment.

Bad service. Staff needs training.

Staff pathetic, never willing to help and extremely rude and full of empty promises. They never have stock of what you need and treated me like i was a criminal for a very small error. Got d job done @ cell c in centurion on my 1st visit.Even after 3 visits they couldnt sign me up on a small data contract.Thanks for nothing guys. I highly recommend that anyone needin a thing from cell c brits rather go to a different branch and get what u need done.

I took my phone to the store & a lady working there told me there's information needed but they are busy with it, she will make a follow up & let me knw if there is anything needed on my side. Days would pass without hearing from her & everytime I went to the store there's no development or way forward for nearly 2 weeks. I was then assisted by Johannes because the lady was off duty. My phone was booked for repairs the next day. He knows what he is doing. He gives feedback. He is the best. It's not the first time he helped me with my devices. He is a valuable employee & customers would like to get the same service from other staff members. Big up 2 u J.

swak diens van CELL C die groep .Nooit sein ie en as jy kla dan is dit net ja ja ja wat jy hoor...Jou upgrade word swak gehanteer en dink nie die mense in die winkel het die kennis nie..Jy moet jou goed wegstuur sonder enige foon sit en dan vat die 3 weke voor jy iets terug kry..Baie onglukkig met die CELL C het nov 2015 upgrade en nou se hulle dis april 2016gedoen en geen bewyse kan gegee word nie..swak uiters swak diens....

I've sent in my home router, there was a problem that a technician would have looked at. It is nearly a month later. After several calls they would apparently get back to me? I'm still waiting it's nearly a week later and I've not heard anything. I'm paying for data that I won't get back. I want to move to another service provider. All I know my home router is being used at one of their houses. Don't even know what happend to it. I've not recieved any phone calls or sms's. If I phone then I'm being treated like nonsense.. I would not recommend this place. Even the other customers feel the same.Updated now few weeks later. So I got a new router (which was supposed to have been done 5days after I booked it in. It's 1month and a day later. Have a new home router but my data was stolen between 9-15march. No one can tell me who. Customer care where the only ones who could help me. I'm supposed to get answers from the store... Each week it's a new excuse... This week some manager is on leave, I have to phone next week. I'll phone next week and cancel my contract. if customer service and satisfactory customer service is not priorty i see dark days for cell c. i dont want to do bussiness with cell c anymore of this is the type of service i get. The dont care" about our client attitude and the "so what" attitude is not working... im one very unhappy customer. i want to take my money somewhere else. somewhere i could get help and service.."
