So a couple weeks ago I made an appointment for the 17th September. After chatting with Denise I then tried to confirm my appointment.she replied to me about 3 or 4 days later..I told her not to bother with a response eventually, as she was reading my messages and not replying.she did apologize and reconfirmed my appointment. I rock up at the appointment. Wait outside this dodgy area for about 10 min after my appointment has passed.she eventually comes out..asks me if we had an appointment. Says she's got another client in there.had excuses about her baby sitter,her mother,her car...will be another 40 minutes.asks if we can reschedule for the next day. What..my time is not important enough,my car runs on water?? .my day was planned around this appointment. So I promptly did not go to the appointment she rescheduled. Pathetic and unprofessional

A terribly unprofessional lady. Each month my appointment gets postponed numerous times. In June, I waited outside her salon for an hour from 08:00. she ignored my calls. Her husband showed up to open the salon an hour later were I further waited. My treatmentment started around 12:00 and I left the salon around 19:00 after the many breaks she had to take. July was the worst were Denise rescheduled 6 times. It's always a car issue or someone is sick. She postponed last minute in August and again in September after I rearranged my work schedule so I can get this appointment over and done with.I have paid in advance. She does not want to give me a refund either. I'm so fed up.........
