Poor service. Returned my device 3 months ago, haven’t received feedback, called numerous times and even went to the store twice. No one wants to tell me where my device is. Finally called MTN call centre only to find that a repair was never logged. Still no one at the store wants to tell me what happened to my device.

The absolute worst service I've ever recieved! When i spoke up they had the audacity to SCREAM at us! They are constantly on their phone, for weeks now if i arrive the system is 'offline' and they dont tell you that they just continue behind the counter checking Facebook. They dis not have the phone i wanted in stock. Then the were not authorized to do trade ins although both were advertisedAbsolute terrible don't ever try
