Worst experience of my life. Bought 2nd hand Mahindra for R390000.00 cash. Within 3 days I decided I want a new Mahindra. Only did 105km. Sales manager offered me R360000.00 trade-in. Depreciation R30 000.00. In 3 days. Car was only registered on 13 Feb 2023 on my name. Unbelievable. Was shocked. Contacted Mahindra SA - they do not have a pre-owned programme. Dealers manage the program at their discretion. Still can't believe what happened. And the sad part is....no one have your back

Lovely welcome extended by all staff at Mahindra East Rand Mall. Great coffee and snacks while we waited. The document signing and finance was handled quickly and explained carefully where we had questions by Cindy. Our salesman, Morne, took time to make sure we were comfortable at all times and made sure to explain in detail, all the functions of our new vehicles. A big thanks goes out to Mahindra East Rand Mall.

Hi. I am a mahindra customer from 2006. This is my 5th Mahindra in all these years. I am now not impressed with the service i am receiving from Mahindra east rand service department.I booked last week that my scorpio go in for repairs. I have had this scorpio s11 now for 16 months and the front wheel bearings already giving problems. So is the auto wipe on wipers and the cruise control not working.Took scorpio on Monday as per booking.I have been calling each day for an update as she does not call me.Yesterday lunchtime when i called it was told that the bearings are there and being put in that afternoon. After i called back at 2h30 i was told very rudely that she did not say car would be done that afternoon.I called to speak to the workshop manager at 10h00 today to hear what is happening as the service department lady does not call me.He walked to mechanic to find out how far is my vehicle. The mechanic told him that they have not received the bearings and vehicle is still stripped.Workshop manager Willie has just contacted me and told me bearings are still not there. Not even offering a good customer service to me. Nor even transport for me to get to work and home.I am very unhappy about the service i am receiving from the Mahindra east rand branch.So from the start when i bought this scorpio from the boksburg branch i have been unhappy about the service.I will not recommend this branch to anyone.From Sam van Niekerk
