Beautiful place, great atmosphere and very friendly people. Good security. Gym on premises, swimming pool and communal area. Covered parking. All your standard features of an apartment complex, except its managed and maintained well!

Kyalami Hills Lifestyle Complex is very well managed. For most people, the biggest pet peeve as far as staying in a complex is noise. You will not get that at Kyalami Hills, great in this 'work from home' context. This is exactly one of the many reasons i moved back into this complex. Security also being one of them. Oh, yes, how van i not mention, they have a nice gym, with great staff.

Kyalami Hills is a lovely place for young professionals and families to live. It is safe, well kept and all the people who work there ( security guards, grounds staff, complex manager) are very professional. Issues are always attended to promptly and where there are delays, there is constant communication. There is a complex gym with great equipment and the most exceptional trainers. The complex hosts family events such as movie nights and Halloween and kids love this.
