I was fortunate to meet this family of driven and passionate people.I cannot recommend in a stronger way the ethical approach and care they showed me.Respect is something that goes a long way and a company like this with their moral compass headed in the right direction is exceptional in every way .Thank you Shaun and the staff.I could not every ride another brand again.

Bought a new Trek Madone SL 6! Have had nothing but a bad experience from day one of getting the bike! Went for the first ride and the bike rattled excessively as if the frame was broken. The junction box where the cables go in snapped off making it almost impossible to put back in. Contacted the retail store where I bought it and was told madone’s are a lot of maintenance! Furthermore the cables running into the fork were damaged already after one day ? Contacted Trek who advised to have it looked at. Took it to another trek dealer who confirmed that the entire bike build was done wrong. To cut a very long story short eventually the original store collected my bike and re did the cables. Got my bike back only to have the same issues again. Junction box lifting! Took the bike to BMT in Stellenbosch where they were super helpful and confirmed once again that the cables were wrong and that it needed to be redone! This has now been two weeks of not been able to ride my bike or train! They re did the cables only to give me a bike back where the gears were not set! The derailluer only went up half the cassette due to not tightening the bolt correctly!I have lost faith in this brand! After years of riding there bikes I would not recommend it to anyone! Great bikes bad customer service at retail stores and apologies after apologies that mean nothing when the bike is still a mess!Landed up getting it fixed at a specialized store! Maybe it’s time to sell it and get a specialized ?Tim

I am absolutely heart broken with my experience after purchasing a trek 2 weeks ago.Afew of my closest mates started cycling last year and I was very keen to get involved. Long story short I saved up 20k for a BRAND NEW bike and was told a Marlin 8 is real bang for your buck. I went to a store called Arch Cycles and had the worst experience communicating with what I assume was a sales person (she knew less than me and this was my first bike I had ever bought).Ended up buying a BRAND NEW Marlin 8 XL as there is a massive shortage of new bikes in that size and could not find one anywhere else in Johannesburg. Took it on my first ride 1 week later. The bike was NOT touched in my apartment before this point. Something didn't feel right as I pedalled. About an hour and a half in, my foot peg and the arm just fell off. I climbed off and saw the frame was scratched. I then had a closer look at the rear gear arm and saw it was bent outwards and looked like the gears where not in line? (Turns out it was the chain that slipped off the rear gear due to the gears NOT being correctly set up) Went back to them and told them what had just happened.(ZERO aggression or rude words were used) Their honest to God response to me was...this happens all the time bud it's normal anyway what do you want us to do about it?" (The bike was a week old at this point and had less than 2 hours of riding on it)I asked them to please make it right with me

Bought 2 roadbikes (Emonda ALR's - 1 being a special on the website) from TBC Centurion, in 2017/2018. These bikes are excellent value for monley and are still awesome ride!
