Decent place to sit. Food standards have dropped while prices increase. Don't come here of you hungry and earn a low income

Portion size of food is decent. Food was tasty and chicken cooked perfectly. The cappuccino however tasted very watered down. I was pleased when the waitress kindly offered to replace my cappuccino with a freshly made one, however it tasted the same. The hot beverages on the menu therefore needs some improvement.

This new drive through Nando’s is amazing. Living close by 20 years ago we used to visit the Nando’s in the mall weekly. That made this visit very nostalgic and I was not disappointed. The interior is gorgeous, the staff was extra friendly and the food was everything I hoped it would be.

Bought chickens livers got less than half a container and to make it ever better I called them to tell them an I'm still awaiting a reply back from the manager,it's been a week already nothing yet this is the the worst experience I received from a business in my life I will drive to Pedro's from now on.

Ordered my kids the kiddies meal twice now - chicken strips and chips with lemon and herb basting.The Chicken texture is meelerig (is like eating pap snoek), terrible texture!Oven cooked/ boiled chicken strips - NO flame-grill - not even for 1 minute - even though this is advertised on all their menus.My kids wont eat the chicken - this says it all. I tasted it - horrible texture, boiled, tasteless chicken.Please IMPROVE your quality and stop your staff from taking short cuts. If you advertise flame-grilled - then do so. Serving 'boiled chicken strips' to kids - presuming they wont complain.Dissappointed customer.

Boujee bowl is pretty much my go to meal. It's close to home cooked meal & filling indeed. Highly recommended it.

Luwandi who took my order in drive through does not enjoy working at nandos. As shes said. Sounds misserable. Not helpfull at all

Our 1st and last experience at this branch. We gave our order and lights went out which was OK as this is a norm now for us. However, it tuk the generator long to get started. The staff was still busy cooking with cellphone lighting and extractors not working with the result tht customers and staff began coughing. This happend twice. We ate part of our meal with our cellphone lighting. On asking 1 of the staff members about the generator, she said it happens all the time, which means management hasn't sortd the faulty generator. Whn the 2nd shut down occurred staff were all excited about it saying they going home now. No one came around to apologise for the inconvenience, not even the manager. We were not able to finish our Meal as the place was covered in smoke when we left. What a terrible experience and worst of all was No Apology from Management or his team.

False advertising for R45 meal ended up paying R57. Waiting stuff Zikhona didn't show any kind of care as she didn't bring drinks on time, food order was not complete. My mom had to eat cold food waiting 15minutes for a garlic roll. No apology from Zikhona. The service was bad.
