Super nice company and very helpful staff all around.Nelly, who I corresponded with was quick to answer any inquiries or questions I had.Keep in mind I ordered in bulk due to it being for work.The packages are always well packed and sorted, and overall I'm quite impressed with the quality of the products.I can definitely recommend their services and products if you are looking for gift basket making etc.

I was very impressed when I recieved my package the very next day after ordering. I had unfortunately chosen wrong specs and had to exchange the boxes. Nelly was very helpful and within a few days everything had been sorted. The packaging is of high quality and affordable too. I highly recommend them. My gratitude journals are beautiful packaged and ready for sale

Never have I ever received such appalling service from a business and Monica to be specific. Unapologetic for making me wait for 15 minutes, dragging her feet when she enters the room like she was doing me a favour by even assisting me with a custom order I required. For that reason, I made sure I find another company that could help me with what I require, that actually showed enthusiasm and friendliness. Never again, my company has been using them for years - but for me to now personally go there for the first time in person to be treated like that, they've just lost themselves a client!
