Cash Crusaders Wonderpark

Horrific service. I will never support that branch again. Very unprofessional manner that the staff treat customers. Is ear deafening music and Dancing while the customer waits to pay part of the Cash crusaders experience?

I'm sorry. I was mistaken. There was nothing wrong. They did deliver proper service.They were helpful and kind despite my stupidity.So Thumbs up :)

The person who assisted me there not once but twice was Mr Aubrey. Professional, friendly and flexible. He's amazing. The 4 stars goes to him.

I bought two Rippa Game controller at cash crusaders Wonderpark on the 25/10/21 and i had issues with one of the controllers and decided to go back to the store for an exchange only issue is my helper misplaced the receipt tried searching for it but could not find it so i decided to use the bank statement which is proof that i bought the consoles there, when i got to the store i was assisted by a lady who called a manager named Michael Jacobs,I explained to him that i lost my slip but i have a bank statement which i thought would be helpful so i can get an exchange, and what a Manager he Michael is cause he was like he can not assist me cause i lost the slip, i then asked if he can't re print since i have the bank card and bank statement as proof of my purchase then Michael's exact respond was i wont be able to assist you cause you lost the slip and yes i can reprint the slip but i won't".Just like that

If you want to sell Xbox or PS cds don't bother, they told me that they don't buy cds with scratches so basically they want new one. Two guys were checking my cds, one guy only viewed three of my cds and said Sorry we don't buy scratched cds" to top it all off they are far from professional and the service is poor. Please

Worst customer service , sales assistant didn't want to package our items,they wanted us to carry machine and 3piece radio just like that!!!! Imagine!!!! They didn't even sign our till slip,not alone to state our items guarantee on the till slip.we had to complain before they do the right thing..i will never go back there.

For me it was the staff, they are the best and they will go out of their way to satisfy your personal needs and they deliver the best service for me from all the pawn shops I have ever been to thanks guys at cash crusaders wonder park
