Studio One Pilates
Love Studio One, it's not so much the establishment but Tanielle. She has an abundance of expertise, knowledge and a great balance between pushing you to your self perceived limits... and then further, whilst feeling confident in doing it. I leave simultaneously with Endorphins pumping and an anticipation for a hot shower and my couch!

Studio One Pilates is awesome, always very clean with all the best equipment.Tanielle is an amazing instructor. She not only helped me with Pilates but was able to assist with rehab.Definitely worth a visit

Tanielle has years of experience behind her and she knows how to keep you motivated! She’s a great instructor and studio director, her classes hit the spot every single time. It helps that she has the abs that I want :)Online classes are also perfect.

During my pregnancy and post partum Tanielle was excellent in providing me with individualized Pilates classes that were effective. Her technique is outstanding and she knows exactly what she is doing. I would highly recommend her.

Studio One Pilates is an absolute sanctuary where you can focus on you.Tanielle is an experienced and worldly instructor who will help you go from strength to strength. An absolute gem.If you are new to Pilates and keen to explore this new experience or have been doing Pilates for years then Studio One should be your new home.I would definitely recommend Studio One and Tanielle to my friends

Studio One is professionally run with a personal touch. Tanielle is highly skilled and very accommodating and takes a personal interest in your needs working out specific programs to help you reach your objectives. Equipment is modern and well maintained and the studio is well positioned in the awesome parkview shopping strip. It is also very good value.. You leave wanting to come back the next day.
