Try not to refund items at this shop. I have tried refunding a R300 item. I visited 3 times with the last occurrence happening in late November. Each time I went, the employee told me that there isn't enough cash in the register and that I should come again the next day. The next day I come, and no luck.At my final visit, they told me that they need to write my name and cell-phone number down and that they will call me back. Almost 3 months later and I still have not received any call/message saying that they have the cash to refund.I do not recommend.
