Lanseria Boarding Kennels and Cattery

I adopted my wonderful puppy from Sharron, so it seemed the best thing to do was to send her and her big sister on holiday to Sharron when we went on our holiday. And a holiday for them it was. They were very well care for and had a ball running and playing with all the other dogs. We also received regular updates and videos.Will take them there again whenever we need them to go to kennels. Because of covid we had to cut our holiday short by one day - this kennel absolutely refused to refund or give a credit for the extra day not used, despite the unoccupied kennel for the day not displacing other dogs - as three quarters of the kennels were empty when we picked up our dog.The owners answer to me being upset about this: Good luck finding another kennel for the R185 you have lost.Also, when we dropped our dog off, we had to wait in the parking lot for close to 10 minutes, while the kennel owner chatted to someone else taking their dog home - and the kennel owner and dog owner clearly saw us waiting patiently in the parking lot. But when we got to finally drop our dog off and someone else came to drop off their dog the kennel owner quickly ushered us off to the car park - different strokes for different fokes and not professional at all.And furthermore, after mentioning to the owner Sharon that I will be writing a review of my experience - she promptly sent a very snotty reply and then blocked me on her business WhatsApp numbers.

Sharron looked after my two gingerboys (cats) like her own. She loved them for 9 months when 1 month turned into 9 months due to extremely poor service and mistakes by Carleen Bond of The Pets Taxi. Sharron's prices were excellent and her service brilliant. Thank you so much.

Lovely facilities. Great ladies friendly and hands on. Our cat was able to wander around in her own little fenced garden and move inside to her rest area at will.

Good old fashion scam, you get one price and when collecting the dogs the price changes. No invoices issued no paper trail just a personal bank account and snotty replies.

Excellent care, videos assured they okay, very special treatment for all animals and not one is left out, they are all given very good attention kind staff and reasonable prices, care was amazing not one thing I can fault, this is the best of the best kennels and would highly recommend it. Everyone is so sweet and caring towards the animals and also has indoor kennels and under floor heating which is amazing. My dog came back happy and like he had a holiday of his own

Our dogs have stayed here twice.First time was a nightmare, our dog came home with an open ear, both with pus in the eyes coming out and the other dog with a inflamed leg. It cost us R2000 vet bill to get our pups sorted.We thought well they have the best reviews, lets just take them there again while we are overseas for 10 days.When we arrived to collect out two staffies, they were very happy which was lovely, not at all like last time.We made a comment about that at reception that they were in poor condition last time, And Ann very rapidly and rudely stated, "well they are in better condition this time aren't they??!
