I will nlt be buying anything from Dial a bed because currently I am having a very horrible experience with the Brooklyn store with regard to a refund. It's been almost two months since I have been following up. It was supposed to be refunded within two weeks apparently the manager forgot to sign something which further delay my refund. I have been going back and forth and it doesn't seem like this store is interested in making me as the customer happy. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. I don't know if anyone has experienced these problems but fyi
