Café Hangover is a one stop for car wash, authentic Kasi cuisine, and a classy chillas spot. Five minutes’ drive from Maponya Mall, Café Hangover is a uniquely Sowetan spot that caters for middle to upper class who are still in touch with their Kasi.Bass Gee, the owner (and a fantastic Host), is a firm believer in staying real and enriching the local culture of his childhood neighborhood, Klipspruit. These beliefs are not spoken but expressed through his non-compromisingly delicious Kasi flavoured meals, that include Mogodo Monday.

This place is a vibe indeed. Great covered outdoor sitting area and the resident djs are incredible, especially on Sundays. Food is good too.

Had a great time at this place, it is a small place with lots of fun. The food is present well and tasteful. The service is exceptional, you get water with soap to wash hands before you could eat.
