Takes forever to get paperwork from them so that you can pay and have the job done. It took two weeks of calling every day.Your reply to my review is incorrect. Someone in your office took to sending the invoice to the wrong email, otherwise how would we have gotten the quote the first time.Then added to that once I corrected it with your lady, and it still took a week to get the updated invoice, but I which was again sent incorrectly.I'll gladly post my call log for you to see exactly how many calls it took to get things going.

Thank you Magashni at Cool leaders, you had the most competitive price and was less than a week from quote to install of my 12000btu inverter Aircon. The install team are a credit to you they were very professional all had their masks on, and were very polite, install was quick and they left it spotless. What more can you ask.

Great pre-sale service from Dirisha who was willing to assist me via email and answer all my questions. The guys who came to do the installation were punctual and efficient and didn't leave any mess. Very happy with my new air-con :)
