Whilst they have a great variety of fabrics at good prices, their curtain making service is unacceptable. Had my curtains remade 2x because first it was too long and then too short. Also battled to get my full order delivered as each time there was missing items. And then had to put up with being blamed as the one that made the mistake. The last missing" item is still MIA. I will never use that service of theirs again. Might buy fabric but will see."

What an amazing experience! From start to finish I was blown away. Their selection of high quality designer and haute couture fabrics is the largest I've seen in the country.Their service and attention to detail is unmatched in the industry, from the personalised water they offer you when you walk in to the excellent staff and their expert advice. As a designer I find shopping with clients tedious, but Middestad makes the entire process so much easier. Worth the visit!!

I got what I came for,ladies were very pleasant and helpful but male employee didn't greet or ask if he could assist and just looked at me whilst draped over shelf. They need to tidy up this store it's really lacking and the carpet is in dire need of brushing the threads off. The male staff could get busy organising to raise standards for a better shopping experience.

Fine. It was fine.I went into the store, I was asked what I needed, I got the item, paid and left.They have a huge array of haberdashery supplies - ribbon, lace, beads, sequins, as well as material for every type and style and experience designer.Very efficient. Very quick. Very helpful.5/5 will return, 5/5 will recommend..
