Extremely bad experience. Shoddy work, totally unprofessional to say the least. I wish there was a way to provide negative ratings because they dont even deserve a 1. Did not do the work properly, want to remove the screen protector from a 74 smart TV even though they admit that they "do not advise customers to do so". Because of shoddy workmanship

Not the best experience.. They don't deliver when they say they will. And then does not make any effort to follow up with you, makes you call and wait on the line so you have no more minutes left.. Can someone just follow up with me please.. its not that hard. Also its fun when your kept being reminded that you are first in queue, should the phone not say that you are closed???Edit: Did resove my issue of delivering the device to my work address. Just annoyed that no one calls to follow up with you.And my phone was definitely more broken after the inspection.. so would recomend making backup, its not in the same state.

Their service is amazing but please don't try phoning them....I was actually standing in their reception listening to the phone ringing and not one of the ladies answered...the were not on calls either

So, I brought 2 relatively new smart watches in for very simple repairs. The one's screen is a bit dim, the other doesn't charge very fast. Samsung very cleverly and subversively requires a non-refundable deposit of R350 for each quote to be done. Turns out, I can save more than R 1500 on the one watch by driving to Sportsman's Warehouse and buying it new. Yes, you read correctly... New, it costs R1500 less than Samsung quoted me to repair it. With the other watch, I can purchase a new one from Macro for R799 - Samsung quoted me over R1500 to repair my old one. I am DONE with Samsung. Too bad there is no option for zero stars because that is what Samsung deserves.

Took my Samsung phone in for a repair estimate. Very friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Overall a quick and painless experience.Edit: Downgrading to 1 star. Still waiting for my quote (6 days later) and telephone calls are not answered or just dropped.

No service at all.Took my device in THREE times and still isn't correctly repaired:1. Informed me that te port was replaced [FEB 2023] - this was a lie,2. Took back the device with same problem in April [two months later] now replaced the port,3. Informed me that I can collect-phone wasn't ready after I drove 120km's,4. Had to drive back the next day as calibration was needed,5. Logged a complaint at Samsung Customer care, never got phoned back.It took 4 hours+ everytime to tranfser data to and from phone = 36+ hours from my day...Time to switch back to Hauwei...

Efficient and fast. Was promptly served and eventhough parts had to be ordered, my device was ready WITHIN 2 days

These are the people who knows why they are at work. Very efficient and always with a bright smile.

Some of the staffers are very rude. Won't mention names, but it leaves a lot to be desired. They don't even greet or acknowledge customers

Called for my phone calibration issue, Got to the store and the lady que I think her name was !!! She stood up from her seat to greet Me .. Wow I felt special . She helped me so quick and no issue or long queues .. Thank you so much for your amazing service que.. Apologies if I'm spelling her name wrong
