RE/MAX Kowie - Port Alfred

Avoid using Remax in Port Alfred if possible. In 3 years of renting through them, I never received any assistance from them but instead by the landlord directly. After 3 years, I had a spring clean team clean everything from top to bottom, including steam cleaning and ensured nothing was damaged. Remax refuses to release my deposit and even charging plumbing issues (of which there are none when I left) to my account and using that as na excuse not to release my deposit. 0 assistance with anything and you loose your deposit. Avoid them.
