Woolworths Wellington

Woolworths you know how to make your customers feel at home. The variety of your food even in small shops like this one is great. I really like the ginger juice. The staff is always very helpful and always willing to help. This store is small but it is well stocked. Friendly staff makes me want to come back to Woolworths all the time. The mall is small but Woolworths is conveniently situated in the mall. So pop in for well priced every high quality food.

RUDE Manager on duty today. I shop there daily and have brought it under their attention that over the past 6months 90% of the produce expires on the day of purchase. This is 1 inconvenient and super frustrating needing to look at the dates of every product, knowing that they are known for this and 2. weekly it happens that I open the item on day of expiration (some days the day before) and it is already off. This means that I have to go back with produce, every time. I voiced my frustration to the manager, wanting her to know that my friends and I have all noticed it and have started going to Paarl to shop or to other grocery stores. She said it is not her problem and that DC sends the stock, after biting my lip under my mask trying to keep my cool, I asked her that all I ask is to enlighten DC" / HQ that we are shopping else where because of this problem. when I turned around she made a snarky sound and comment

Service is awesome and presentation of cold meats and food always looks great. The prices fluctuates a lot in relation to other stores, however for better quality the prices are perfectly fine.A wider range / selection of fresh foods in the deli, conventional meals and bakery could be increased as this is something people purchase alot at the other branches. Better display of specials can also be amended.

Same as any other Woolies, clean, the fresh quality fruit and vegetable products it is known for and superior service from the staff all round.

Employees are uneducated regarding what's going on on the shop floor and methods of payment available.On various occasions Ive had to wait 5-10min for an employee to locate something I was looking for where at Checkers this is much better.Today I asked one of the employees if they support snap scan. After they said yes I went to do all my shopping just to find out this is not true.You should do better!
