When I first went into the store the staff was friendly and very helpful. I asked them to design a custom frame for me and they said they will email me their plans and then I can decide which plan I like the most. It's been more than 5 weeks already and I haven't received any plans from them. I have phoned them on 3 different to occasions to find out what's going on, and on every occasion it was just apologies and promises. If you want to have a custom frame designed, rather look elsewhere... Unless you have an endless amount of patience.

Wide variety arts and craft supplies, custom laser cutting and beautiful decor items. Helpful and friendly staff definitely a place to visit away from the usual crowded malls

Serendipity is an artist and decorators paradise! They specialise in framing and all sorts of decorative creations. Their pricing is very favourable and staff are always on hand to help and guide. The staff are knowledgeable and competent. I can highly recommend their work.
