Terrible Shell Garage, place is dirty.Bought 2 Coca Cola products and filled up my Bakkie with Diesel and they charging me for a Straw.

I visited Ultra Shell Stop when we filled up on 11 December 2021. There are plenty parking and wheelchair parking facilities as well as wheelchair access.Covid-19 protocols were adhered to at both the access point and inside the building. There was no crowding while I was there. I did not have to stand in a quay outside.The Stop has fully equipped rest rooms.The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful.Refreshments can be bought at the stop.I rate Shell (5) five stars

Paid R2 for a super dirty bathroom. Only in SA. Would not reccomend this station.
