Worst service ever went in to buy a new ghd straightener & hot brush. The lady was super rude, so I walked out & on my way to Sandton city to buy it. Rude behavior equals a loss of sales and customers remember this the next time someone walks in.

So disappointed in you guys, tried to make an appointment for my daughter to cut her hair. The lady I spoke to on the phone was exceptionally rude (I was told her name is Monique) . I asked if they cut children’s hair, to which she responded they don’t have a kids price list and asked about my daughters length etc and gave me a price. I then said okay and again confirmed but you guys do cut children’s hair to which she responded like I said we don’t have a kids price list. Not sure if she’s unable to understand English because that was not my question. I then explained that I am asking if they can cut my child’s hair that is 2 NOT about the price. She didn’t bother reassuring me that it’s possible but just said will she sit still so I said we will try our best but she will probably cry, she said well then she wouldn’t cut her hair and wouldn’t advise bringing her. Her manner of speaking was beyond rude and she has no regard for your customers. I had been at your salon for my hair previously but make no mistake I will definitely never make use of her as a stylist! First time in my life I’ve seen someone basically chase you away. When I moved to Midrand, Gary Rom was the only name I knew, so I went. I am overjoyed with both their service and the end result (their product).The experience is always pleasant and the quality of the cut makes it last for long!Thank you Gary Rom!

I had a Waterfall voucher which when I called to make the appointment I was told was valued at R1250. However when I got there the stylist told me it was worth R500... She then quoted me R1950. I told her no my budget was R1000. When I left there I ended up paying R1200, for a tube of shampoo. I feel taken in because I wasn't even given a receipt for her services. She left me in the middle of the blow dry to attend another client. I love my haircut but I would like to know what I paid for and what the voucher is really worth.

Took my mom for her Birthday and she received excellent service. Was very satisfied with her results and the customer service was great. Highly recommend!

Really disgusted with the attitude of the staff at this salon.I went in last week just to trim my curtain bangs... the salon was empty.I asked the price for trimming my bangs and was told it would be the price of a trim but they will have to check and confirm. It took about 10 minutes of waiting and the lady at the front desk never returned. Another lady who was sweeping up at the time came to me to ask how she can help. I was then told the price of trimming my fringe to which i agreed and asked if i could have it done. Her reply was there was only one stylist and she is the apprentice. After asking the stylist, i was told that the stylist had a client in 10 minutes and the stylist doesnt know if she will be able to help me all weekend.... JUST TO TRIM A FRINGE WHICH WOULD HAVE TAKEN ALL OF 30SECONDS. However when you are spending R3,000 to get hair cut and coloured then all stylists are more than accommodating. I will never set foot back here again.

Excellent customer service. I came in as model last year an it was my best salon experience. The ladies at the mall of africa branch are extremely friendly. My experience was very relaxing and my cut was perfect. The environment is very professional aswell .

Took 4 hours just for a hair coloring. My mom wanted them to be quick and they took forever on her hair. Wouldn’t let her leave without blow drying her hair and then proceeded to charge her insane amounts for a simple touch up on roots. She didn’t even like her hair cut. Don’t recommend unless you want to be disappointed
