2023 Edit ( Extrmely negative at this and all offices - phone lines are never picked up!!!).2022:Mr Pascoe and the attempts he is putting in place (due to the larger area this division serves compared to PMB) must be commended. The office is working diligently to overcome the Covid19 excess death & ancillary issue backlogs. With sufficient motivation case by case dependent, early issues are possible.Make allowances for the extensive renovation work in the CBD, lane closures, extreme volumes of foot traffic and limited street parking & limited casual parking garages near the Masters and plan accordingly.Lifts are restricted to 2 per elevator.Mask up.

Only problem is that the waiting time, and the receptionist thinks that they doing you a favor, they help but with an attitude, needs to be looked into, I feel for the 1st time visitors

Typical government organization. Open at 8am allow people in at 8h15. Reception help was quick. Directed to 2nd floor staff. Sat outside the individual's office for 40 minutes after confirming that she was at work. She finally exited and office 2 doors away to begin assisting the 8 people waiting for her. Glad to say that from there on only 1 hour to complete what I had to do and obtain the necessary documents. Successful vist at least, could have been in and out in 30 minutes with the actual work to be done....

The service is great but they need to pull up the socks since people keep on going up and down trying to sort out matters which are related to their late love ones some have to be sent back home due to the limited numbers inside or but otherwise the security is up to scratch.

Well organized considering the number of people. Helpful and polite staff. Expect to stand in queue for at least an hour. Became less efficient as the months dragged on, battled to get answers to my emails. To be fair, covid must have had a big impact, but a very difficult place to deal with, some staff efficient, some staff shocking.
