Prepaid Meters KZN
I am so disappointed in the service. You can't get a statement, or answers and the fees are exorbitant and ontop of that the property owner can put your rent on this device. Just don't use this company read the Tand C and make sure you understand there costs as well.

Moved into a new place in cato Ridge was being charged line fees with out getting any electricity. Owner spoke to me terribly couldn't just explain that because living on a farm that's why have to pay R430 extra for line fee this excludes the service fee. Then puts phone down on me says it was because of a tunnel. I said don't lie then he says this what phone getting put down is and puts phone down. Pathetic don't use. The meter is also being removed will not support trash like this.
