Every visit thus far to Albert Nzula hospital has been positive. Doctors and all staff was and is very professional. Only on our last visit was the behaviour of the staff where we have to get our files been very poorly. Bear in mind, on this occasion we were all seniors and elderly people present. When I approached the counter (there was 3 girls sitting around) one girl told me to sit down - you can wait a bit" and then dissapeared out a door. They were not doing anything at all. The phone was ringing off the hook and another girl who sat right next to the phone just casually glanced at the phone and smiled

Its there first time i come across with a great service ever in my life....all maternity ward sisters and doctors you are there best ever i will never forget what you did for me...i wish you all there best....Forever grateful

This hospital is an example of the problems in South Africa. Shiny new buildings, looking quite neat and smart.. But looks abandoned and disused. There is basically nobody there. Nearly all the gates are locked. Doors are closed. Parking lot is overgrown with weeds. Only 3 cars in the entire parking lot. Only saw 1 living person. This does not look like a functioning facility. What a complete waste!
