Terrible service and Unethical sales practices - staff will mislead you just so they can make sales.Went to the store to do 2 upgrades:Asked the sales guy if they have the phones in stock. He said yes (misleading #1) and after doing the upgrade, turns out they did not have enough stock. He had only 1 phone in stock which i accepted and he told me the other one would be here in a few days which he personally guaranteed (misleading #2). Waited for 3 weeks and still didn't get the phone. Luckily I was able to cancel this second upgrade and switch to another network provider.A few days later, I got my bill for the first upgrade that I took, was double charged for the old contract and the upgraded contract. [Not sure what the upgrade fee I paid was for???]. Sales guy conveniently didn't mention I would still be paying for the old contract (misleading #3). I obviously wouldn't upgrade if he had informed me that I would have to pay double. [I think he probably did this so he wouldn't lose the sale].The manager didn't seem too bothered that his staff lie and mislead customers in order to make sales. Seems like a common occurrence based on other reviews.Wish I had read all the other reviews before going to this store, and I hope the next person who decides to go this store does read the reviews and avoids this store!Overall this was such a tedious and terrible customer experience that I've decided to switch network providers. Vodacom customer care was also pretty unhelpful and said theres nothing they could do to help. Not sure how Vodacom hasnt shut this store down.

I bought iPods. From this shop. I brought them home and the one ear never worked. I returned them to the store to ge told by the manager that I had been incapable of charging them properly myself so I would have to return whilst he competently would be able to. I returned a few weeks later, to be told that I would have a replacement, only been told then and there no refunds. They had no replacement in their shop. The first time there, there were others which could have been given. I had my phone number taken and said would call. 3 weeks passed no call. I called to be told yes they had. I went to the store to be replaced from the white to black. The day one I brought them home , which is day 6 everyday there is a new problem which then fixes. The headphones have been useless. Now I have to make a fourth trip to this rude place to return these headphones which do not work and go through the whole scenario. What I found strange is when I looked at the headphones I noticed the earpieces actually on the second day had earwax. I have zero clue how as I had only been able to use them fir 10 min then left them to charge. Now the ins ear piece keeps going ‘power on power off’’ I actually am a Vodacom phone number. I am now making that decision to no longer use Vodacom as a service provider because your staff are rude and unhelpful. I had written a review before going to the shop to fetch second pair and I wonder if one read as these headphones, I’m amazed at how incredibly badly they attempt to do anything. And yes I have followed the instructions very carefully about how to charge. I want to take this further as I have wasted so much time and money for air phones. Which are essential to me for work. It’s meant I’ve had to use my old phone as my new only uses iPods.

The staff at this store have always been friendly and helpful. However, I didn't have a great experience as I had to wait 20 minutes for the manager to assist me (he was the only store person in that day) while the regional manager yelled at him over the phone about how they need to push certain products more. Beside being annoyed at having to waiting, I felt that the regional managers behavior was unprofessional and quite stupid to pull the only person working in the shop for a 20 minute meeting. Three other people walked in during that time but left when there was no one to assist them. The store manager apologized and was really friendly and helpful. I do not blame him for the regional manager's disgusting behaviour.

Waited 50m a to do a sim swap. They didn’t seem to know how. Left unable to do it. Popped in at Cavendish store. Sorted out in 2 mins

This is by far the worst service I have had from Vodacom. They are not interested in the client, but more about how much money they can make. They are rude, while I was there, they shouted across the shop at an elderly lady who complaint. They lied in saying no Vodacom shops have a certain phone, yet I went to Kenilworth and got a great service and the phone I wanted. I will never use this shop again. Even the manager saw the staff shouting at the elderly lady and said nothing. Disgusting.

Appalling service - I am owed a Samsung watch as part of an upgrade done in March and they refuse to help. Their excuse is that the store owner has changed.

1. There phone does not work!!!!2. I had problems after 1 day with my Blackberry and salesman promised on sale of handheld (which I feel is what should happen) that if there are problems within 7 days, it would be replaced immediately! Needless to say - they sent it away and I got it back 3 weeks later - used a few times and left in my bag as not happy with it!! Learn for the US customer service guys.3. New contract time! I went to store last week Wednesday and said I wanted an IPhone 32MB - well it is a week later and still no reply confirmation or anything

My daughter had a very bad experience here. Manager hardly looked up to speak to her and then said they were too busy to help her, she must go to Cavendish.
