1 star because of one fact. I ordered food online, went to collect my food and asked the person serving me if all the food was in the packet. He said it was. I asked him to double check and he did. When I got home, I opened the packet and saw that one of my orders was missing. I felt so outraged. This isn't even the first time, that's the most infuriating part.

The food is great, the service is HORRIBLE. They only had one person working the till on a busy Saturday afternoon (today). He took forever taking one lady's order and there was a queue. I eventually walked out and just went through the drive-thru. Their drive-thru has a long waiting time (I think I was there for 30 minutes, if not more) but its still a lot faster than the walk-in service. The guy at the drive-thru even recognised me from when I was inside the store and didn't even offer an apology. The staff have horrible people skills and horrible customer service skills too. I will no be putting myself through that ever again. I spent almost an hour just trying to get food. This Nando's lost a customer.

I ordered a whole chicken and requested for it to be cut.., big mistake!!! What I got was an assemblement of left over pieces because it contained two portions that are the same, but can only be one in a whole chicken. There were no condiments included, instead there were 3 straws , yet I had not bought any cool drinks. Very unpleasant experience.

The food is good if they manage to get your order right. Service is the worse. You can place an order online and still have to wait 30 on top of your expected time. Drivethru service is just as bad even when it's not busy.

This new nandos is too small the restaurant is not as good as the previous one but the fly thru is whats worth itIt's abit odd to know the staff on break sit in the restaurant with variety of restaurant meals as apposed to being in a nice staff room. It's quiet strange to me as a customer to experience dining alongside the a table full of nandos uniform staff, chilling with phones loud conversations scrutising at customers,This atmosphere is confusing.Don't get me wrong it's nice that nandos allows there staff all the fancy expensive meals as their lunch options that's extremely generous.. I've seen their plates look lavished and wayyyyyyy better than ours. But it's tooo Odd. Sorry.

Worst service ever. With two vechiles in front of us at the drive thew you would exspect service to be fast. Ordered at 18:57. Waited in line for nearly 30 min before I went into Nando's to ask to see a Manager. Manager response was poor and lacking. After I asked him what the hold up is at drive threw he said we had a hold up but it is sorted out now. When I asked the cashier what the hold up was she said that they had to many orders as they deal with walk in clients, drive threw, Mr delivery, app orders and telephone orders. My recommendation is close the drive thew it is not working!!! Maybe the staff or Nando's must get some training at Burger King to see how a drive threw functions.

Thanks Nandos for responding to my review.... but you didn't ask why I only gave you 4 stars...... please put your chicken sauce as an add on on the till, and Im not talking about the teaspoon that it currently is. We want *extra* sauce with our chicken. And yes I am willing to pay for it!
