It's really difficult to get in contact with the store, they don't seem to answer the phone and they claim to have a whatsapp line for queries but they just read my messages and didn't respond. Very unprofessional and their website is also amateur and difficult to use

This place is very professional. The staff is friendly and offer help where ever needed.The only issue I had was when loading my car they forced boxes in without checking if they are damaging anything inside the car or the items in the boxes. Slaming them in from the boot forward and not really caring.

Not happy at all. It's my daughter's birthday tomorrow. We set up the tent we bought that we were assured will work and the thing leaks life a sieve. Come fetch your rubbish and bring my money with.

Very helpful they replied to my what's app message sent my order over the phone. I wanted to go there to Fetch it to see what other things I'd might need. Glad I did,they where very helpful got exactly what I needed plus my order. Staff is helpful too.
