Poor Service I Can’t even re-call that girl’s name with blonde hair ,she sent my parcel to brixton instead of brynston and she didn’t even appologise for that ,she gave a hell of attitude. I am still waiting for my parcel to be returned back coz my client can’t go to Brixton

Friendly staff with quick attention to all customers

After waiting for about half an hour, my memory stick was given back to me, without any service given. No apologies, nothing.

Very poor service- Owner wake-up! Teach your employees, manners. Take them upstairs to see how the China shop operates. I will stop using your branch if your service does not improve. Your staff does not even greet a customer, they think we are disturbing them. They take among themselves and take no interest in we as customers. You deserves no stars, unfortunately i have to select one - that the lowest, otherwise i could not write this review.

The stuff and the owner are so unprofessional not attentive to clients,they seem to be entirely clueless of the administrative side of the business and there's a great sense of arrogance by owner.

So I went there to get something scanned and when I went through the door, I was completely ignored by all three ladies for a good 5 mins. The Sad part is I was dressed to impress in a semi-casual look and I had been making heads turn everywhere I went on that day so trust me when I say it wasn't me. The customer service needs to improve on a lot of areas. The worst part is that they are all cute looking girls but the attitude just put me off. So sad indeed. Not sure if they were having a bad day but it's still unexcusable nonetheless I left my change as tip because I figured maybe it might put a smile on their face for the rest of the day.

When they make a mistake sending your parcel to the wrong address, they do not follow up on calls, emails or the parcel. This branch makes the rest look incompetent.

Package usually takes 1 to 2 days from Same Province when sent via PostNet to PostNet but with this PostNet I have to call after 3 - 5 days and ask about my package which was delivered the next day. When Parcels are delivered, they don't bother to call or sms you... you just have to keep nagging them!

The service at this place is appualing. They should also that state at the door that services less the R20 are cash based. And not only tell you when you have to pay
