Unhelpful and unwilling to do business outside of their area despite customers offering to make it easier for them ie. organise pick up and installation. Disappointing that they did not want our (potentially ongoing) business - happy to take it elsewhere.

We got two stairs done by StairFactory for our duplex. Everyone at SF are great, Carla, Dani, Noelene, Brad, Adam, Greg... From start to finish we had a great experience. They take all the money upfront, but their service is second to none with competitive prices. We were informed of one days installation delay due to COVID, then lucky us there was a cancellation and our stairs started three days in advance. I will definitely go to Stair Factory for my next build.

Didn't finish on the install date, due to 3 missing spindels then 2 weeks later returned.To install spindels upside down.

Extremely satisfied with the price of a hard wood staircase. High quality workmanship and were given the advice that we needed to get the job done. They were flexible in working around our time frame. We would use the company in future jobs and would recommend them without hesitation.
