The staff is always helpfulU just know when u take ur animals to them u and ur dog , cat or whatever animal u take to be helped shall be helped and will get cured after being helped by the nurses or doctors....It's great to have the assurance ur animal won't b the same after u visited phillipi veterinary clinic.....A million thanks to all at PVC.....U guys means a lot to the Hanover park community

I found them to be professional, very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Whether you are dealing with adoptions or the hospital or general area. The grounds are well maintained, the kennels are clean. It is a pleasure dealing with them. Highly recommend

facility is neat and clean, most staff friendly and helpful, but they have become somewhat greedy with what they are charging esp for those who are unemployed

My first experience here was great , the vet explained exactly what was wrong with my puppy and advised what to do next and when to follow up, she even advised me the paste to buy at the vet shop to help the puppy regain her strength. Today I went and a different vet assisted me. He is a Zulu male, he said to test what what’s wrong with the puppy would be 300. I said ok, he drew blood and when he came back in he started injecting meds into the puppy. I had to ask him twice what was wrong with the puppy and finally he just responded that he doesn’t know. He’s exact words were ’I don’t know, maybe tick fever maybe parvo, maybe both of them and other things. There’s a lot happening in that blood.’ I was given the medication for the puppies for today only with no words on when to bring them back. He told me to feed them rice and chicken, and a pamphlet on parvo. I have never seen a more unbothered person in my life. Again this is not a reflection of the whole clinic cos like I said my first experience was great. It’s just unfortunate that I got this doctors instead today. Will go to another vet tomorrow, today feels like it was a wast of a day and a wast of money considering I don’t have a car and had to Uber there and home.
