I searched far and wide before I decided on a company to buy a Reverse Osmosis system from, and luckily I settled on Osmotech. Their system was way cheaper than some of the competition out there, as well as the replacement filters, which elsewhere costs 2 - 3 times as much. I placed my order for a 100GPD system, including 2 years worth of filters, it came 2 days later. I installed the system under a very small basin, which was a real battle :-) but in the end got it in. A small much needed part somehow got missing, but Johan sent me replacement parts without any hassle (now that's what a call service). He has been available on the phone, and responds professionally and quickly. Our water here has become undrinkable, but with this new RO system I drink water without worrying at all - it looks great, and tastes great. Products are great quality and I'm looking forward to never worry about dirty drinking water again. Thanks Osmotech, and thank you Johan!!!

The product arrived on time and it was immediately installed. The carbon filter was a little tight fitting but once I tightened the enclosure with the tool it stopped the leaking. Very happy so far.

Service was good, delivery had no problems.I only got mixed up and order the wrong filter. I wanted the kit for recovering the taste of the water but end up order the one that took out the minerals. But it is ok I will get one later.
