Zero star rating. The manager and his staff are rude. We ordered but had to cancel because we used the wrong card for payment and when we ordered again they told us they have rights and they refused to take our order. It's the way in which they were talking to my daughter disrespectfully that got to me. Just because they could hear they were talking to a teenager, even when I took the phone, just an avalanche of words and not listening to what I had to say. I'm glad actually they refuse my order, I wouldn't have wanted to give a tip to such rude people.

Ordered 2 pizzas via the Debonairs app on Sunday at 13:09 - paid for via the app!2 hours later, no pizza arrives yet on the app its marked as received and complete.I try contacting the store, no answer.I try contacting the call centre, useless bunch of incompetent people who just transfer you back to the store which has no answerMade an attempt to contact the call centre to cancel the order and process a refund and what do they do - transfer me back to the store and you guessed it - no answer!I want my money back you thieves!

Just received my uber eats order from here, I was excited to taste the double crammed crust. What a dissapointment with the under-cooked base, can literally see the soggy dough! Definitely not buying here again.

Ordered 2x pizza specials to be delivered to my sister's house so I could take 1x special and home. What is extra cheese supposed be? There was no cheese on the pizza, it was dry and the base was crunchy.The delivery man forgot the drinks, but promised to be bring them after his deliveries. This I can forgive, he will take them back to my sister's house, but me who drove 8km home and found this pizza to be so awful...I tried to call but line is engaged. I'm disappointed.

I ordered a pizza on the 24th December 2021 and after an hour of waiting the delivery guy did not even have my order, I asked him is there any procedures regarding mixed orders,he laughed at me and said no. Him leaving me at 22h00 with no order assuring me he shall return.today is 08 January 2022 and Debonairs Managers are incompetent to even follow up and let me know the status of my order. I've called a total of 4 times and I've been getting promises that my order will be rectified but still haven't received any help. I'm tired of this cat and mouse game I'm playing with these mangers. To those that see this I trust you'll make good judgement from my situation and I'm not the first to complain just check. Stats don't lie!
