Wasn't happy being in this store...the staff were too much in our faces but then didn't know what was in each product without looking at the back of the cards. We could have done that...I like to browse slowly and quietly. It's not a chiller store or a pleasant environment.

Came here on Wednesday, 9 Dec and asked about hair conditioners. I was helped by the friendliest lady, who listened carefully to my questions and recommended a lemon conditioner bar that made a huge difference. I am so grateful! Thanks! Great store, you can smell it from across the hallway. It is kept so neat and going inside is just an absloute adventure.

Walked im store looking for a hair mask. When asked for a sample was ignored by 2 sales girls. It's a pity you guys have lost a customer who used to get my face bars. Very poor service

Hi lush. I visited your shop in waterfront today. I did not have a good experience, as your employees are very unfriendly, do not greet you and do not assist when they see you are unsure about the products. I love the products but the service is horrendous. I received better customer service at the canal walk lush shop. Please improve.
